Information you provide

The information you provide to us voluntarily includes any and all information you purposely submit to us via our website. This submission may come via:

  • Sending us an email enquiry;
  • Participating in a contest, raffle, or another form of online or offline activity which requires that we have your information so we can contact you back.

When you provide your information to us we will store and process this information only in relation to the reason you provided this information for. Following is a more detailed clarification.

When signing up for a newsletter your information is transmitted via the secure connection on our website. The information is then received to our email accounts, and added to our CRM System (Privacy Policy). Your information is deleted from our email accounts within 48h of submission and removed from our mail servers within 2 weeks. It then continues being stored in our CRM system for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletters. Each newsletter contains an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email which allows you to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation of your subscription, your data is erased from our CRM system.

When creating an account on our website(s) your information is transmitted via the secure connection on our website. The information is then received to our email accounts and added to our CRM System (Privacy Policy). Your information is deleted from our email accounts within 48h of submission and removed from our mail servers within 2 weeks. Your information continues to be stored on our CRM system for as long as you have an account on our website. When you choose to delete your account from our website(s) you can do so by the “Delete account” section within your account. Once you delete your account your information is erased from our CRM system within 14 working days.

When making a purchase on our website(s) you are ultimately creating an account and the same rules apply. Your information is transmitted via the secure connection on our website. The information is then received to our email accounts and added to our CRM System (Privacy Policy). Your information is deleted from our email accounts within 48h of submission and removed from our mail servers within 2 weeks. Your information continues to be stored on our CRM system for as long as you have an account on our website. When you choose to delete your account from our website(s) you can do so by the “Delete account” section within your account. Once you delete your account your information is erased from our CRM system within 14 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not process, nor collect any payment information. All payments on our website(s) are processed via PayPal. For PayPal’s Privacy Policy please search the internet for PayPal Privacy Statement for your country of residence.

When you send us an email enquiry your information is transmitted via the secure connection on our website. The information is then received to our email accounts and added to our CRM System (Privacy Policy). Your information is kept in our email accounts for as long as it is necessary for us to respond to your enquiry. Enquiries older than 6 months are erased from our email accounts and our mail servers. Your information continues to be stored on our CRM system for analytics purposes. You can request the removal of this information at any time.

Anonymous information

On all of our websites, we collect anonymised information which is collected with the help of cookies. This information helps us understand how our users interact with the website. This information doesn’t collect any personal data, except for general information such as browser language, country location, and a few more details.
